Stroller blankets are cute little hand tied fleece stroller blankets that are the perfect size for keeping your little one warm in the stroller or car seat. Most blankets are just too big and bulky for a little baby to take along, but stroller size blankets are the perfect size! Enough to keep warm and snuggled up, but not so much that there are piles of extra blanket on top of them, or extra blankets hanging out and getting dirty on the ground. Donna Pool Designs Product Review

Donna Pool Designs is one of my favorite Etsy shops! One of my very first Etsy purchases was made from this fabulous lady, and I am so glad. Donna uses vintage magazine cutouts to create one of a kind buttons, pocket mirrors, tie tacks, key chains, and magnets. I love that she gives new life to these old images, and puts them into items that can be used on a daily basis by the people who appreciate them. Donna also sells beautiful photography, photo note cards, and handmade puzzle balls and bears. One of the things that sets Donna apart is that all of her work is truly hand done. Every stitch is made by hand!
I carry my Donna Pool Designs pocket mirror with me all the time. As soon as it arrived, I was in love with the design (seen below). But I have truly put this pocket mirror to the test, and it has survived! Earlier this week I accidentally ran my beautiful pocket mirror through the washing machine. I feared that I had ruined it.. that water would have gotten in and destroyed the vintage image. But when it came out, it was just as beautiful as when it went it, with not water staining, or even any seepage! There was also no damage to the mirror itself. I wouldn't recommend trying this, but could not be more pleased with the durability of this beautiful product.
Obviously Donna Pool Designs is dedicated to creating the highest quality handmade items, but it goes further. Donna loves to promote all things handmade, and support her fellow Etsy sellers, and Etys lovers. New Item Update

Although I have yet to get any dresses listed in my shop, I did get several pairs of rosettes done and listed today, as well as listing my first bow board. I have some other ideas for bow holders, but will need a little more time to get those done. This is what I have for now.

The first bow holder I've made is a bow board. It still needs a ribbon hanger on top, but you can get the idea from my daughter's unfinished bow board. Here's is a watery theme to go with her mermaid bedroom, but they can be done in any color, or even with fabric that has your child's favorite character on it! I will also be adding other beautiful bow holders to the store very soon.


We will also be adding a limited line of these cute dresses. My model so loved her white eyelet one, that you won't see this one in the store, but I have some other great dresses in the same style on the way. Some even have matching purses, so keep checking back!

Baby Headbands Are Here!

Today I completed and listed some great new baby headbands in my shop! The baby headbands are a lot of fun to do, and are an area of my shop that seems like it's pretty empty. Hopefully that will change here pretty soon.

Product Review- KISS

Keeping It Simply Sweet was a fast favorite of mine on Etsy. The shop sells some delicious treats, and is currently stocked with a variety of gourmet popcorn and hand made marshmallows in a tempting variety of flavors. I ordered the Cinnabonnn Raisin Gourmet Popcorn, and the Harvest Apple Popcorn and they were so delicious! My daughter and I simply couldn't stop eating it! We were barely able to save some for Daddy to try when he got home from work. The shop owner has been wonderful to work with, and genuinely cares about her customers. She's easy to contact and great about getting back to you with about any questions, or special order requests.
